Archive Picture - Sold Out

This pencil study of Valentino was completed in October 2002 in time for the International Bike Show at the NEC.   It was produced as a lithographic print with a limited edition of 350 copies.   At the end of the 10 day show, about 2/3 of the edition had gone!  The detailing on this picture is crazy – it’s easy to see where 5 weeks work went! 

The only regret I have is that the original went to the printers in London and somehow after it was scanned it went missing!    This was when I realised it was time to do the scanning myself.   All I have is my own personal print of this, and still, no knowledge of the valuable original.

I have seen copies of this print fetch many times its original value.
