Steve Whyman Art
The Company

SteveWhyman.com launches a new chapter and partnership between artist Steve Whyman and businessman Ian Holmes.   Since 1997 Steve has enjoyed a very successful 11 years with John Winthrope of Crossbow Calendars who has taken Steve from a relative unknown to become Europe’s premier motorcycle artist.

John is contemplating retirement in a few years and although he will continue with the famous Crossbow Calendar it was felt that it was time to hand over the art side of the business.   Ian has been promoting and selling Steve’s work for the last 18 months or so alongside Crossbow, under the Jap Power banner, particularly at shows where Crossbow has not had a presence.   Therefore it seemed natural, as Ian was keen to forge ahead, that he should take over with the exclusive rights to the artwork.

Steve would like to place on record his thanks for the guidance, help and support he has received from John over those 11 years where they have not only had a very successful business partnership but also have enjoyed a close friendship which still continues. Steve will in fact still be involved with a few Crossbow projects from time to time.

So what of the future?   Well, Ian will be the man you deal with when you contact us.  Ian has been involved in the motorcycle world all his life and has a real passion for the art and will go that extra mile to make sure you, as the customer, are completely satisfied with your dealings with us.

Our travelling Exhibition

The quality of the artwork speaks for itself really.  You will not find better, anywhere!   All the materials we use are the best that we can buy.   All the printing is overseen by Steve, which makes each piece almost an original in itself.   All the framing and canvas stretching is done by KNK gallery near Nottingham who are renowned in the art world for doing a first class job.   We will guarantee anything you buy from us and will give you a total refund if you are not completely satisfied.   If you have trouble finding what you are looking for on the website, feel free to get in touch either by e mail or telephone.   If you have any ideas about what you would like to see in the future or queries about what you have purchased in the past, let us know.   Also let us remind you, if you do have a particular requirement for reprinting a piece of art because it’s damaged or you want it a different size or on canvas, we can probably do it for you.

Have a good look around the site, it will be constantly updated but it may not contain everything we have to offer, so please contact us…….. we need your feedback.

                                                         Enjoy!
