About us – SteveWhyman.com is the Official sight for the purchase of the amazing art produced by the motorcycle artist, Steve Whyman. You can be assured your purchase is genuine (and one of a limited edition unless otherwise stated) and as a company we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. In addition to the total number in the limited edition (each edition varies in size) there is an additional 10% Artists proofs i.e. 95 in the edition 9 AP’s. These are usually direct from the Artist.

Making a purchase – could not be easier. Just browse the website and click on the item(s) that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details so that we can complete the transaction.

Important – You need to include your e-mail address so that we can acknowledge your order and also as a point of contact. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. (All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal Privacy Policy).

Price – The price you pay will be that displayed on the item page. Postage and packing is included in the displayed price (unless otherwise stated) for the UK only. Prices for international delivery are available on request.

Delivery Schedule – We will process and distribute your order as soon as possible. UK orders should be received within 7 – 10 days. Timescales for International posting will vary.

Back Orders – If you order is going to be delayed for any reason we will inform you by e-mail giving details of the anticipated date of despatch. If the date is not suitable you can, if you wish, cancel your order.

Credit card security – We are using a secure third party provider to process your payment. We will only retain your details for the duration of completing your transactions.

Guarantee – We guarantee your satisfaction. If there any problems at all please contact me at info@stevewhyman.com. Wherever possible any complaint is handled straight away.

Privacy policy – SteveWhyman.com does not disclose buyer’s details to any third parties. Your e-mail address will be stored by us and you will receive updates of changes to the web site and about new pictures. Please let us know if you would prefer not to receive this information.

Returns policy – All orders must be unpacked and checked within 10 days of delivery.  In the event of an item arriving damaged, contact us by e-mail at info@stevewhyman.com and we will arrange a replacement item. Also if you decide at some point in the future that you do not wish to keep your piece of art then we are open to negotiation to ‘Buy it back’ from you.

Subject to Change – we reserve the right to make changes to our site and these terms & Conditions at any time and therefore you should review Terms & Conditions every time you visit the site.

Faulty Items

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or to return an item, do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.gov.uk/consumerrights. If you do receive a faulty item, please contact us directly, within 10 days of receipt, to receive instruction for its return.


Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless Stevewhyman.com is at fault.

Returning a Gift

Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods. If a recipient does want to return undamaged gifts, we will exchange them for a credit note to the value of the gift within 60 days of purchase, on safe receipt of the returned item.
